Business Change Manager β Data β Knowledge Manager β Training β global organisation. Working within a global Data modernisation programme you will be responsible for focussing on a broad rollout and adoption, requiring robust change management and traiining. As the Business Change Manager you will lead the development of knowledge assets and training strategies to equip teams for sustained adoption of new data processes and tools. Key Responsibilities: β Design and implement training strategies aligned with the broader change plan. β Develop knowledge management tools, quick reference guides, and FAQs. β Coordinate with local change agents and super users to ensure readiness. β Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly. β Ensure alignment between training deliverables and project milestones.
