Business Analyst, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented Business Analyst looking to make an impact? This is about delivering transformative change through innovative technological solutions. The Change Delivery Team plays a pivotal role in achieving the Group’s strategic objectives, and you could be part of this journey. What You'll Do: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Map out current (‘as-is’) and future (‘to-be’) business processes. Create detailed functional requirements, business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business transition processes. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills. Expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and technical documentation. Strong knowledge of structured analysis methodologies, BPMN, and MS tools (including MS Project). Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments. Key Skills: Strong analytical and product management capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, from executives to developers.
