Brand & Communications Lead

Job Title: Brand & Communications Lead Location: West Midlands, United Kingdom Job Type: Contract (Full-Time hours) – Hybrid working, 3 days office-based, 2 days from home.  Salary: £800 – £1000 per day, Via Umbrella (The role is inside of IR35 Scope) Job Duties: The Brand & Communications Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, managing all aspects of external and internal communications, overseeing the creation of marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. They will collaborate with various teams to drive brand awareness and engagement, monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies to meet business objectives. Knowledge and Skills: – Proven experience in brand management and communications – Strong project management skills – Excellent verbal and written communication abilities – Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills – In-depth understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques – Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment – Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to lead and manage a team Demonstrate the gravitas to work with the Senior Leadership team, discussing areas of critical business focus About you: Operated at a Senior Level within a Brand and Communications role You will have worked within a regulated organisation Demonstrable track record of external communications engagement  Data-driven, with a focus on ROI Working Conditions: The Brand & Communications Lead will work in an office setting on a hybrid basis, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
