A great opportunity to join a growing Security Systems Integrator and take full ownership of the end-to-end bid process. You\\\’ll be part of a collaborative team of five, managing a high-volume, mixed public/private-sector pipeline.
The Role
- Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and handover.
- Manage governance, compliance, timelines and bid quality.
- Create compelling proposal content, win themes and clear narratives.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and SMEs to capture accurate inputs.
- Support pricing, commercial alignment and customer clarifications.
- Maintain bid templates, libraries and continuous improvement activity.
About You
- 5+ years\\\’ bid management experience.
- Strong writer with excellent organisation and stakeholder skills.
- Experience with public and private-sector bids.
- Background in security systems/tech/engineering (desirable).
- APMP, bid tools and CRM familiarity beneficial.
- Candidates with strong Bid Writting experience that are looking to transition into Bid Management would also be considered.
