Take your B1 engineering career further with a growing aviation organisation

We are currently recruiting B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join an established aviation engineering team, working on King Air aircraft in a professional and supportive maintenance environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B1 LAE looking to move away from the pace and volume of a major commercial airline environment and into a more measured, specialist working environment, whilst continuing to develop their engineering career.

The role will initially be based at Humberside Airport, before the operation relocates to Doncaster in 2027.

The role

As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer, youll be responsible for carrying out aircraft maintenance and ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality and airworthiness.

Youll work as part of an experienced engineering team supporting the continued availability and serviceability of the fleet.

  • Diagnosing and rectifying aircraft defects.
  • Completing maintenance tasks in accordance with approved procedures and technical documentation.
  • Certifying maintenance in line with your licence privileges and company procedures.
  • Supporting aircraft inspections, modifications and maintenance programmes.
  • Working closely with other engineers, technicians and operational teams.
