Salary: £38,280 + Uncapped Bonus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality diagnostics, servicing, and repair work
  • Communicate with Service Advisors and Workshop Control on job status
  • Ensure all work meets required safety and quality standards
  • Keep up with the latest technical information and systems
  • Provide expert advice to customers when required
  • Promote a customer-first culture in all technical interactions

What You’ll Need:

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Your own tools and a valid full UK driving licence
  • MOT tester accreditation is a plus but not essential
  • A proactive attitude and attention to detail
