Morson Edge is currently looking for Skilled Aircraft Fitters to join one of the world's leading aircraft manufacturers at their prestigious manufacturing facility in Filton. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Build Production team, contributing to the assembly and manufacture of advanced aircraft programmes within a world-class aerospace environment. 12 month contract Rates: £28.87 per hour Umbrella / £21.58 per hour PAYE Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 15:45 Interpret and work from engineering instructions, technical documentation, and aircraft drawings. Carry out assembly and fitting tasks in accordance with quality, safety, and production standards. Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete drilling, shimming, sealing, and general aircraft fitting activities. Achieve and maintain First Party Certification following successful completion of the required training and assessment programmes. Work safely and effectively within confined spaces when required, including wing tank operations involving restricted access and physically demanding entry and exit through oval-shaped manholes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team performance objectives.
