Morson Talent is recruiting for a Statement of Work Specialist Location: RAF Coningsby Working Hours: Monday to Friday: Core hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday; 7:30 AM – 12 PM Friday) Weekly hours: 37 hours Flexibility may be required based on workload, and shift work may be applicable. Key Responsibilities: As a part of the RAF Coningsby Statement of Work (SOW) Team, you will: Produce Statements of Work (SOW) and collect, interpret, and present data. Chair Pre-Input Review meetings and monitor maintenance progress to ensure tasking of new SI(T)s. Validate that tasks are completed by the Part 145 Team to the required standards. Provide programme updates and data for Post-Output Review meetings. Essential Skills: Experience with ESS and IMS. Typhoon maintenance expertise. Strong communication skills (oral and written).
