Project Management Officer

Project Management Officer £27.68 – £37.02 per hour Morson are currently recruiting for a PMO within the manufacturing engineering department of a major aerospace manufacturer. You will drive Project Management governance, methods and tools across a complicated production line. We\’re ideally looking for someone with a strong understanding of project management principles and stakeholder management within a high level engineering environment. The role is being offered on a contract basis until the end of 2025, with possibility of extension. It is full time on site in Broughton, across a 35 hour week. We can offer a rate of £27.68 per hour PAYE – £37.02 per hour Umbrella. Responsibilities: Support several projects with appropriate Project & Programme Management structure, governance and practices. Work with the manufacturing project leaders & project organisation on a day-to-day basis. Promote best practice project management within manufacturing teams by coaching and providing awareness sessions. Provide stakeholder management, promoting Agile and acting as Scrum Master for project activities. Establish project plans, identifying associated Earned Value Management milestones.
