Financial Process Modelling and System: Broughton Nr Chester: 12 Month Contract; £30.22 ph. PAYE;35hours per week; Inside IR3. Our client has a requirement for a Finance Process Modelling and Systems person to work with the businesses UK Finance team as they implement new processes etc following a recent acquisition . This is a great opportunity to be involved at the beginning of a new project/ business entity. The job holder will work within the Finance Transformation organisation to support the UK Finance team in defining and implementing processes and tools for the NewCoboth at Day 1 acquisition and beyond. They will collaborate closely with the local UK Accounting & Controlling team, the former supplier\’s Finance Team, Central Finance Transformation teams, and IM teams. Key responsibilities: – Define the Accounting requirements necessary for operating the new entity in the Finance Systems (Chart of account, posting types and schemes) in General Ledger accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Customer invoicing and receivable management (AR), Bank Accounting. Define the Finance data flows from the supplier information systems (monthly balance detailed costs) to the Finance Systems and the necessary reconciliations.
