Morson Talent are currently recruiting for Aircraft Mechanics for long term contracts based at RAF Marham. Job Description: ?Reporting to the F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Manager the post holder will be undertaking a range of maintenance activities on F35 aircraft or aircraft components. The post holder requires a basic understanding of the construct of the approved Technical Information set and is competent to work to maintenance instructions with support and in accordance with the organisation’s MOE. The post holder will demonstrate the ability to follow approved Technical Information and work effectively within a team, in a diverse and dynamic operational environment. Key Responsibilities: ? Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with the Approved Technical Information and relevant risk assessments. ? Ensure all activities are appropriately documented and that all airworthiness records are maintained. ? Compile appropriate reporting, identify any issues and escalate as appropriate. ?Procedure/Standards – Complying with the Organisations MOE, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards. ? Safety Management System – Understand and apply human factors, error management, within maintenance. ? Continuing Airworthiness Assurance (Quality) – Ensuring maintenance activities are compliant with the Continuing Airworthiness Assurance Management system.
