This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading utilities company and provide outstanding support to their existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls from existing customers, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently. Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Managing customer accounts and updating systems with accurate information. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We\’re Looking For: Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or similar environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
