Morson Projects’ sister company Waldeck are recruiting for an Employers Agent / Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in their Birmingham/Nottingham office on a full time basis. You will be responsible for liaising with the client and managing the costs of projects throughout all stages of construction.

The Role:

  • Leading client and contractor communications, including complex contract queries.
  • Producing and reviewing professional correspondence, reports, and financial documentation.
  • Chairing and minuting meetings, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Advising and supporting junior team members.
  • Preparing and managing tender and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Producing detailed contract reports, cost plans, and estimates, and providing guidance on cost-related queries.
  • Administering contracts, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
