At Morson Praxis, we’re the technical consultancy that actually delivers what it designs and behind every successful project is a strong support team ensuring our people, processes and programmes run smoothly. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our Engineering Delivery Team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role will provide key administrative support across our aerospace and defence programmes, helping to onboard new starters, coordinate project activities and support our growing workforce.

Working as part of the Delivery Team, you’ll provide essential project and administrative support, ensuring new starters, contractors and project teams receive a professional and seamless experience. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity working 24 hours per week, with flexibility around working hours within the business day, but covering the relevant hours as a team.

What You’ll Do

  • Supporting the onboarding process and administration for new starters across the Bristol office, client sites and remote locations
  • Coordinating onboarding paperwork and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Assisting the commercial team with the administration of timesheets
  • Monitoring and assigning IT equipment for new starters, liaising with stakeholders to arrange orders, deliveries and setup requirements
  • Organising site inductions and coordinating with Morson on-site support teams
  • Acting as a key point of contact for new starters during their first day and throughout the induction process
  • Providing contractor care support, responding to queries and directing requests to the appropriate teams
  • Supporting project teams with day-to-day administrative activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is managed in line with company procedures
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a technical administration role
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholder groups
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with systems and documentation

Desirable

  • Experience working within the aerospace and defence sector
  • Experience supporting contractors or contingent workforces
  • Previous experience within a project support, project administration or coordination role
