What You’ll Do:

  • Provide broad administrative and operational support across the business, including:
  • Booking travel and accommodation for teams and project staff
  • Purchasing and processing orders
  • Organising UPS deliveries, collections and incoming/outgoing post
  • Managing pool car bookings and schedules
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
  • Logging absences and maintaining records on internal systems
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting meeting arrangements
  • Providing general administrative support, including writing letters and filing documentation
  • Arranging catering and refreshments for meetings, workshops and events
  • Supporting teams with day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed consistently

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
