We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused NVQ Coordinator to join our Vocational Delivery team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our NVQ programmes, ensuring learner records, documentation, and processes are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. You’ll support assessors, Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs), and operational leads, helping learners progress smoothly while maintaining robust systems across construction and health & safety training provision.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate learner onboarding and registrations with awarding organisations.
- Maintain and track learner progress, identifying delays or learners at risk.
- Manage all learner documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate assessments and reviews, chasing any outstanding information.
- Support IQA processes and internal verification activities.
- Prepare for audits and ensure all compliance standards are met.
- Act as a key point of contact for assessors, IQAs, and learners for administrative queries.
- Assist with data management, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Experience in administration, coordination, or data management.
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience within NVQ, apprenticeships, or vocational training environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-portfolio systems, MIS platforms, and audit/quality assurance processes is desirable.
