We are seeking a skilled Planner Scheduler to join a large construction project based in Weymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all construction phases. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage resources, and identify potential risks or delays. The Planner Scheduler will utilise industry best practices to produce accurate programme updates, support decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of the project. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment are essential.
Skills:
- Proven experience in construction project scheduling
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project programmes
- Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling
- Ability to analyse and report on project progress and risks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and proactive risk identification
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
