Morson have a great opportunity for an experienced Consultant that as worked within Local Government /Adult Social Care. We are seeking a talented and motivated Localities Lead for our transformational initiatives across hospital discharge, locality teams, and reablement services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transformation projects aimed at improving hospital discharge processes and reablement services.
- Collaborate with local government departments, health services, and community organizations to create integrated and effective locality teams.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that services meet the needs of the community and adhere to best practices.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to promote collaborative working and to champion change.
Essential Qualifications:
