Supply Chain Auditor - Sizewell C
Morson Edge is currently partnering with Sizewell C on the recruitment of a Supply Chain Auditor to join their Supplier Quality Department.
This is a pivotal role within the Quality Delivery Organisation, providing oversight of supply chain quality, supporting supplier development, and ensuring compliance with nuclear quality standards.
About the Role
The Supplier Quality Department is responsible for ensuring quality delivery across Sizewell C's supply chain.
This includes developing and implementing quality initiatives, engaging with external quality bodies, managing CFSI mitigation activities, and leading Supply Chain Quality Audits.
As part of the Quality Delivery Organisation, the team defines policies, standards, procedures, and best practice, whilst providing first and second line oversight of project activities.
- The Supply Chain Auditor will work closely with the Head of Supplier Quality to:
- Plan, execute, and report on audits across the Sizewell C supply chain, both on-site and at supplier locations worldwide.
- Communicate findings and actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and follow up on audit findings, ensuring closure and improvement.
- Analyse audit results to inform future audit planning, supplier development activities, and management reporting.
This role supports the delivery of the annual Supply Chain Audit Schedule and ensures that all contract requirements are understood and effectively implemented by the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits in line with established processes and tools.
- Collate and evaluate data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Interface with programme teams to understand audit requirements and support quality delivery across six project workstreams.
- Provide confidence that Sizewell C's contractual and nuclear quality expectations are being met.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in supply chain auditing, preferably within the nuclear or highly regulated sectors.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and audit methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and influence stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel to supplier sites globally and work on-site at Sizewell C as required.
