Key Responsibilities
- Manage all site activities for drainage and bridge deck works.
- Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor programme, progress, and budgets, reporting to senior management.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including RAMS, site diaries, and project records.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and procurement schedules.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and add value throughout the project.
