We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tender Planner specialising in Civil Engineering Tender Planning. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and delivering detailed and robust tender and live project programmes. You will be responsible for producing schedules that align with contract requirements, analysing quotes for time-related preliminaries, and supporting the tender process with clear, logic-driven planning. This role requires advanced expertise in collaborative planning processes, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documentation to implement efficient and compliant planning strategies. You will work closely with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to identify risks, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to support decision-making. Strong communication skills are essential to convey complex information effectively across diverse audiences and to mentor junior planners. The role demands adaptability, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to meet tight deadlines and project objectives.
