Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to bridge HR, Security, and Technology for an enterprise IDAM solution. The role focuses on defining, analysing and documenting requirements across HR-driven identity lifecycle, governance, and security objectives within the Transformation Programme.
You will lead and mentor other BAs, oversee requirements production and process analysis on complex projects, and promote inclusion and high performance across teams and stakeholders.
