Morson Human Resources Limited is looking for a Human Factors Engineer to support Human Factors activities in Dorset. This role requires a minimum of five years’ experience in defence or safety-critical sectors, as well as a relevant degree in Human Factors or a related field.

The successful candidate will conduct analyses, develop reports, and work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams. This contract position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days on-site, and is inside IR35.

The rate for this role is £76.98 Umbrella.
