This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of Power BI development, support the ongoing development of our Microsoft Fabric environment, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting and data solutions.
Whilst experience in data warehousing would be highly desirable, it is no longer considered essential. We recognise that finding someone with deep experience across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and traditional data warehousing can be a very specialist combination, so we are prioritising the core Power BI and Fabric skillset.

- Support data quality, governance and security best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and best practice around Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strong, experienced Power BI Developer who has embraced Microsoft Fabric and is excited about working with modern data technologies.
The ideal candidate will be highly capable in Power BI and have meaningful, practical experience of Microsoft Fabric. Whilst a background in data warehousing would be a significant advantage, we are more interested in finding someone with the right core Power BI and Fabric expertise than someone who necessarily has experience across every aspect of the traditional data engineering stack.
