Anderselite are working with a leading employee-owned, carbon-neutral architectural practice looking for an experienced Senior Technologist to join their Cardiff studio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record in large-scale education or similar projects (£20m+), who can lead technical delivery and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and detailed design solutions.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support innovative design approaches, including MMC and net zero carbon initiatives.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to project profitability and successful delivery.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members or outsource partners.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+).
- Strong Revit skills and experience producing 1:5 / 1:10 details, NBS specifications, and GA drawings.
- Experience managing design teams and coordinating consultants.
- Knowledge of construction legislation, performance criteria, and design compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, workloads, and deadlines effectively.
Desirable
- Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus, or education sector experience.
- Experience managing remote/outsourced technical delivery partners.
