What youll be doing:
- Deliver accurate sample preparation, analysis, testing and reporting to meet customer and business requirements.
- Work collaboratively to monitor laboratory performance, resolve issues proactively and minimise operational delays.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance by identifying improvements and supporting corrective actions.
- Develop your technical expertise through cross-training, technical documentation, improvement projects and wider laboratory activities.
What youll bring
You will be passionate about laboratory work and committed to producing high-quality results. We are looking for individuals who combine strong technical capability with excellent attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and a proactive mindset. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and professionalism.
- HNC in a science-related subject (or equivalent qualification and experience), with STEM qualifications desirable.
- Laboratory experience, or a strong interest in developing a career in analytical science.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Good safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate results under pressure and to deadlines.
