Sell the future. Build the value.

We are representing an ambitious science-led business working at the intersection of science, technology, brain function and human experience. The business has a bold vision: Enhanced and extended quality life years for all. It is now looking for an exceptional GTM Sales Lead to help turn that vision into commercial reality.

This isn’t a conventional sales role. There isn’t a mature product, established market or inherited pipeline waiting for you. You’re selling a concept. The opportunity is to find the people who can see its potential, understand the value it could create for them, and inspire them to become part of what the business is building.

You’ll be talking to senior decision-makers, opening doors, developing strategic relationships and turning an emerging idea into genuine commercial traction. But the ambition goes beyond revenue. Your real objective is to increase the value of the company. That means discovering where the greatest opportunities lie, creating compelling customer relationships, proving that the market wants what the business is building and generating the commercial evidence that can accelerate its growth and value.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and alongside the communications, finance and technology leadership teams. You’ll have a genuine voice in how the business approaches the market, how its story is told and where commercial energy is focused.

You will:

  • Identify where the greatest commercial and strategic opportunities exist.
  • Open and lead conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Sell the vision and potential of the concept with clarity and conviction.
  • Turn early conversations into customers, partnerships and commercial evidence.
  • Learn directly from the market and feed that insight back into the proposition.
  • Build the foundations of a repeatable commercial operation.
  • Create relationships and opportunities that materially increase company value.

The business is looking for someone who creates momentum rather than waits for it. Someone who is comfortable when the proposition is evolving, who can make complex ideas compelling, who understands what makes a customer lean forward and who has the commercial instinct to recognise where real value exists.

You might come from a start-up, scale-up, technology business, consultancy or complex B2B environment. What matters is what you’ve actually achieved: have you created opportunities, influenced senior people, sold something difficult to explain and turned an idea into commercial value?

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to think strategically, sell personally, learn quickly and build the systems and relationships that allow the company to scale.

An opportunity to build something special. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a conventional sales position. You’ll have the chance to help shape how an emerging concept enters the market, establish relationships with organisations that could become strategically important, and create the commercial evidence that demonstrates the value of what is being built.

If you want to help create the market, rather than simply sell into one — and have a direct hand in increasing the value of the company — this could be something special.

UK wide. Regular travel to London and customer locations.
