Role: Reporting Lead (Senior Reporting Manager) - Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station project
Location: Central London (EC2R 7BP) (2 days/week in the office with the rest worked from home)
Salary: £90-95k (potentially higher) + benefits including 10% bonus, 28 days holiday (30 days after 5 years), 15% client pension contribution + £1500/year flexible benefits package
Start: October 2026 onwards
Morson Edge are looking for an experienced Senior Reporting Manager (Project Controls , PMO) with a strong project controls background and proven experience leading the reporting function in a major programme environment (£1bn+ value) to work as Reporting Lead for the £2bn+ civils programme for our client’s multi-billion pound Sizewll C nuclear power station construction project.
This role will be based at the client’s Central London office close to Liverpool Street Station (EC2R 7BP).
The Reporting Lead will be responsible for developing and leading the reporting function, including establishing processes and auto reporting, as well as managing and developing the Data and Reporting team. This individual will thus require strong knowledge of project controls functions (i.e. Planning, Cost, Risk and Change Management), including WBS, CBS, and OBS structures and a clear understanding of the appropriate granularity of KPIs and reporting outputs and narrative aligned to each level within those structures.
Role Profile
As Reporting Lead / Senior Reporting Manager for the Civils Programme, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reporting that enables informed decision-making across one of the UK’s largest and most complex and prestigious infrastructure projects.
You will lead the development, coordination and continuous improvement of programme reporting, working collaboratively with Project Controls, Delivery, Commercial, Planning, Cost, Risk and Change teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely performance information is available to senior leadership.
This role is central to driving reporting excellence across the Civils Programme. You will champion data quality, standardisation and automation, helping to transform complex project data into clear, insightful management information that supports programme governance, strategic planning and successful project delivery.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience leading, developing and mentoring reporting or project controls teams within complex programme environments
- Significant experience delivering programme reporting on large, complex infrastructure or major capital projects.
- A strong understanding of Project Controls disciplines, including Planning, Cost, Risk and Change Management.
- Proven experience producing executive-level reports, dashboards and performance packs for senior leadership.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in data visualisation and reporting automation.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- The ability to interpret large volumes of project data and translate them into meaningful business insights.
- Experience working within integrated delivery teams and alongside multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve reporting objectives and continuous improvement outcomes
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced changing environments and deliver results under pressure.

For the right candidate, our client can offer a salary of up to £95000 (possibly higher for the right candidate) along with an outstanding benefits package including 10% bonus, 15% client pension contribution, 28 days holiday (rising to 30 after 5 years) and a £1500/year flexible benefits package.
