Our client is looking to recruit an experienced rail fencing supervisor for work across the London rail network. Successful candidates will have experience of leading fencing maintenance and installation teams within a live rail environment and of working with a range of railway fencing solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety & Environmental: Promote a positive safety culture, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to relevant railway regulations and quality control procedures.
- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage teams to ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Operational Support: Provide guidance to operatives, ensuring safe and efficient working practices.
- Reporting & Communication: Compile and submit activity reports, attend internal and client meetings, and report key updates.
UK driving licence essential; LUL WCI and NWR PTS would be preferable, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
