A Project Support Analyst is required to join our client's Infrastructure Delivery team. The role will support the planning, management, and delivery of infrastructure replacement projects, including:
- Cloud migration solutions
- Peripheral refresh programmes
- Client hardware and software solutions
- Server infrastructure migrations from an on-premise data centre to a cloud infrastructure platform
- A Peripheral refresh programme across a large estate
- A Java upgrade across cloud platform services
Key Responsibilities
- Work across the business with a focus on Infrastructure Services, coordinating with IT teams and external suppliers to agree and deliver detailed plans
- Support the Project Manager with planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, resource coordination, service transition, support, and business readiness
- Build strong working relationships with Business and IT teams, matrix-managing contributors to ensure successful delivery
- Support the planning and execution of cutover and back-out rehearsal activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Be an experienced Project Support Officer with a strong delivery track record
- Have experience working in large technology operations
- Have experience around hardware refresh and cloud software upgrade programmes
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior management
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Have experience supporting delivery in a multi-supplier landscape
- Be familiar with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
- Have experience working within different governance frameworks
- Demonstrate strong reporting, data analysis, and change management skills
