Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting a People Advisor to support Devonport and Hinkley Point C sites on a hybrid basis. You will provide practical HR guidance, manage employee relations cases and partner with managers to deliver good employee outcomes across multiple sites.
You'll work with operational leaders, contribute to recruitment and workforce planning, and promote engagement and wellbeing initiatives. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and UK driving licence are preferred.
