Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner to join our aerospace client in Broughton, near Chester. This on-site role is 18 hours per week, paying £23.00 per hour PAYE and inside IR35.
You will deliver the production area learning plan, act as a focal point for assigned units, and work with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality learning deployment. Security clearance is required, and hours can be flexed across the week.
