Customer Sales Executive - Hybrid

Morson Edge are recruiting for our client for a Customer cuSales Executive to join their team on a 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced telephone sales, retention or upselling professional to join a growing parcel services operation.

The role will focus primarily on speaking with existing customers, identifying opportunities to introduce or expand parcel services within their businesses. You'll have warm, consultative conversations with independent retailers, assess whether their sites meet the relevant criteria, and support them through the onboarding process.

You'll also handle some inbound enquiries, outbound follow-ups and opportunities with new sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to identify parcel service opportunities.
• Upsell and promote parcel services through a consultative, soft-sales approach.
• Assess potential sites against relevant criteria.
• Follow up on existing opportunities and progress onboarding.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support them throughout the process.

About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience in:

• Telephone-based sales
• Customer retention
• Upselling or account management
• Warm sales or customer-focused telesales

You'll need to be confident on the phone, commercially minded and comfortable having consultative sales conversations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Details

Rate: £175 per day - Inside IR35
Contract: 6 months, ending no later than March 2027
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm / 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
Location: Hybrid - 2 days office-based, 3 days WFH
Office: Northwich initially, moving to Birchwood from 24 November 2026
First week: 3 days in the office for onboarding/training
