We are supporting an NHS organisation in Lancashire to recruit an experienced Interim Benefits Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme. This role will play a key part in ensuring that programme benefits are clearly identified, measured and communicated, helping the organisation demonstrate the value and impact of its transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with programme teams, senior stakeholders and clinical leads to establish robust benefits management processes and ensure benefits are tracked throughout the programme lifecycle.

While the ideal candidate will have dedicated Benefits Management experience, we would also welcome applications from experienced Programme or Project Managers with a strong understanding of benefits realisation. Candidates with a strong analytical background and experience in benefits quantification may also be considered.

There is a requirement to be on site in Lancashire 1–2 days per week.
