Please note: This is a local role. Travel allowance is not permitted.
Requirements- Valid certification from an accredited body (e.g. NPORS, ECITB or equivalent)
- Must hold certification covering Mobile crane operations
- Safely lift, move, and position loads in line with operational requirements
- Work within confined spaces where required
- Maintain safe working practices at all times, adhering to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
- Interpret job specifications to meet client and project requirements
- Select and prepare appropriate materials, consumables, and equipment
- Carry out cleaning tasks and apply temporary protection solutions as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a crane operator
- Valid, in-date certifications from an accredited body (e.g. NPORS, ECITB)
- Proven experience operating mobile cranes, supported by relevant training certification
- Role will initially follow a shift pattern; flexibility required for night shifts
- Candidates moving to night shifts must first complete one week on day shifts for risk assessment purposes
- Must be willing to obtain full SC clearance prior to starting (estimated clearance timeframe: 6–8 weeks)
- Pre-employment and random drug testing may be required
