Role Purpose

As a Contingent Labour Advisor, you will be the glue that holds the end to end contingent labour resourcing process together. You'll support the Contingent Labour Manager with process governance, coordination, delivery, reporting, database management, and procurement/purchase order process completion and compliance. This is a hybrid role combining resourcing delivery and oversight with process administration, compliance, and governance. This role ensures continuity and compliance of the enterprise's contingent labour workforce through ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements, delivery of resource needs, strict procurement policy adherence, and efficient purchase order management. Liaise with the Procurement team for accurate cost forecasting data and budget compliance. Communication and liaison with external suppliers as required on process, recruitment, contract management. Ensure successful and accurate on and off boarding of all contingent workers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Contingent Labour Manager with process governance, coordination, delivery, reporting, database management, and purchase order process completion and compliance.
  • Hybrid role combining resourcing delivery and oversight with process administration, compliance, and governance.
  • Ensure continuity and compliance of the contingent labour workforce with budgetary requirements, resource delivery, procurement policy adherence, and efficient PO management.
  • Liaise with the Procurement team for cost forecasting data and budget compliance.
  • Communicate with external suppliers on process, recruitment, and contract management.
  • Ensure successful and accurate on-boarding and off-boarding of all contingent workers.

This role is suitable for a Recruitment Coordinator or Temporary Recruitment Consultant with strengths in process, governance and compliance.
