We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading pensions business on an initial 3-6 month contract, taking responsibility for a key Defined Contribution investment change programme.
You will take ownership of the project delivery, supporting the modernisation of the organisation's Defined Contribution pension investment arrangements. You will ensure key workstreams are effectively coordinated, risks, issues and dependencies are proactively managed, and stakeholders remain aligned to deliver the programme successfully.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the pensions industry, ideally delivering complex change or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) pensions is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business areas and stakeholder groups.
- Strong project delivery, planning and coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks and dependencies.
- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach, with the ability to quickly understand an existing project, establish priorities and take ownership of delivery.
