- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain to embed quality throughout the organisation.
- Promote a proactive quality culture across the business.
- Support compliance with customer, contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
About You
You’ll already have experience working within Quality Systems, Business Management Systems or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You’ll enjoy improving systems, influencing people and making processes more effective. Ideally you’ll have experience with:
- Business Management Systems (BMS) or Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- ISO9001 and quality system governance
- Internal and external auditing
- Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa etc.)
- CAPA and non-conformance management
