My client is seeking a dedicated Fabric Technician/Handyperson to maintain a building in the Ipswich area.

The role supports the Contract Manager and delivers engineering excellence through the operation, maintenance, and repair of building fabric and systems.

Responsibilities include completing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, updating electronic workflow systems, and maintaining compliant records.

Training will be provided for technical systems.
