We’re supporting a major utilities programme seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to support delivery across the North West. This role requires a hands-on procurement professional with a strong background in subcontract and materials procurement, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or utilities environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activity for subcontract packages and materials.
  • Engage with and negotiate with Tier 1 suppliers/contractors.
  • Ensure commercial value and support programme delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement of subcontract packages and materials.
