GKN Aerospace is seeking an experienced Interim Finance SOP & Process Standardisation Specialist to join the Finance and Shared Services operations in Filton on a 3–4‑month contract.
You will review, develop, and embed Finance SOPs to create clear, consistent, and sustainable ways of working across finance teams.
The role is hands-on, requiring the ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements quickly, and engage stakeholders through training and coaching to embed new procedures.
