Our Client in Barnsley is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for maternity cover on a FTC. You will provide day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and recruitment to deliver a high-quality HR service in a fast-paced rail and civil engineering environment.
You will manage absence, onboarding and employee relations, while supporting recruitment activity, HR reporting, and policy development. CIPD Level 5 and solid UK employment law knowledge are expected.
