About the Role
Join an international, cross-functional engineering team building cutting-edge cockpit and cloud solutions across the UK, Germany, and France. We’re looking for an experienced software developer who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment and brings strong communication skills to help us ship high-quality software.
You’ll work alongside architects, developers, and end users across multiple centres and external partners spanning Europe, India, and Canada — contributing to everything from UX design decisions to backend architecture.
What You’ll Do
- Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code and libraries for future use
- Maintain and improve existing code identify inefficiencies and drive solutions to remove them
- Define the testing strategy and implement it
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud applications alongside a distributed team
- Engage in decisions ranging from UX design to backend architecture
- Work within Agile processes adapted to the teams and project’s needs, delivering reliable, production-ready code in fast-paced sprints
- Work across modern full-stack architectures and cloud deployment pipelines
- Collaborate and communicate daily with architects, developers, and end users from different centres and external partners across Europe, India, and Canada

What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a software developer working with full-stack, cloud-based applications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, multicultural teams
- Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments
- A pragmatic, quality-focused approach to writing and maintaining code
- Willingness to engage in decisions spanning the full stack — from UX considerations through to backend architecture
