Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a dedicated Fabric Technician/Handyperson to maintain a building in the Reading area. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Contract Manager by delivering engineering excellence in the operation, maintenance, and repair of building fabric and systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and be responsible for:
- Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
- Operating building systems
- Supporting technical systems such as BMS and HVAC
Pay rate is competitive at Β£18 per hour Umbrella or Β£13.63 per hour PAYE.
