We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Logistics Coordinator to be based at our Heathrow depot to provide support and assistance to the Stores Manager, based at Heathrow.
Responsibilities
- You will provide support and assistance to the Stores/Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure the depot runs smoothly and safely, always adhering to compliance.
- Taking stock of deliveries and performing stock checks on a regular basis.
- Ensuring the removal of waste, and that it is dealt with correctly.
- Provide a good packaging and dispatch service for engineers.
Previous Experience
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar environment and be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Be a team player and willing to help and support the manager as and when required as well as being a key part of the Stores/Warehouse team.
Key Requirements
- Must be familiar with the use of method statements and the need for safe working practices.
- Ideally have previous Forklift truck experience - if not training will be provided.
- Have experience of MS Office and Excel.
- Be used to working to strict health and safety guidelines.
