Counterbalance Forklift Operator
We are currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a valid forklift licence and experience working in a busy site, warehouse or stores environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for the safe movement, loading and unloading of materials, while also supporting the wider stores and site operation. The role will involve a mixture of forklift driving, material handling and general stores duties.
Essential Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence/ticket.
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a workplace environment.
- Good understanding of safe material handling and workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
Desirable Experience
- Telehandler / Rough Terrain Telescopic Handler licence.
- Previous experience operating a telehandler.
- Stores or warehouse experience, including stock movement, loading/unloading and material control.
- Experience working within a construction, manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Additional plant or material‑handling experience.
