Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager
Location: Coventry - Warrington (Northern) - Hybrid working available
Duration: 12 months - 18 months
Rates: £500.00 - £700.00 per shift
Experience: Major Infrastructure & Highways Projects
We’re looking for an experienced Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager tolead SHW delivery across major infrastructure projects and drive a positive, proactive safety culture. You’ll manage a team of SHW professionals, provide expert operational support, and ensure the highest standards of compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of SHW Advisors.
- Provide expert SHW guidance across multiple projects.
- Drive compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Monitor performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across operational teams.
Requirements
- SHW management experience within highways, civil engineering, rail or infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience managing safety teams.
- Strong knowledge of audits, investigations and management systems.
- NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ Level 6, IOSH, CSCS Card and Full UK Driving Licence.
