We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing & Sales Coordinator.

Based at our Paddington site.

In this role you will support the delivery of Urenco’s marketing strategy by coordinating campaigns, events, customer communications and market research.

Develop marketing materials, analyse customer and market insights, and work with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer engagement, support business growth and enhance Urenco’s market position.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver specified outcomes and provide others with expert advice while working within established marketing programs
  • Carry out supplier and contract management tasks to support advertising, promotion, and other marketing campaigns
  • Support customer and market research by performing customer and market research and analysis techniques
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment
  • Implement policies and processes, collect best practices and case studies, and participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions to capture and share knowledge among colleagues on project/program outcomes and innovative practices in allocated projects
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfil personal potential.

Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media

  • Contribute information to business cases to quantify current costs, justify project investment, and identify the return on investment

Security vetting

Due to the nature of the industry that Urenco operates in, all personnel regardless of employment status working for Urenco are required to obtain security clearance at the level required for their role.

Security clearances are assessed in accordance with regulations and official guidance issued by the relevant competent authorities for national security vetting.

In certain circumstances, additional enhanced security clearance considerations apply to roles within Urenco owing to the particular activities that the Urenco Group undertakes in relation to uranium enrichment.

Successful candidates will need to satisfy security requirements, and all offers of appointment are made subject to the successful approval of all checks initiated.
