Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of manufacturing operations within a high-tech, engineered-product environment.
You’ll play a key role in driving operational performance, developing people, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Duties:
- Lead and develop high-performing manufacturing teams
- Own day-to-day operations across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Commercial teams
- Identify operational risks and implement sustainable solutions
- Ensure production capability aligns with customer demand and business objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
- Experience managing teams within high-mix or engineered-product manufacturing
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance management
- A track record of delivering Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in precision engineering, electronics, electromechanical manufacturing, robotics, or automation would be highly advantageous.
