We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a supermarket in the Bristol area. The project will begin on Monday 15th June and run for 16 weeks. The successful candidate will work days, coordinating with a visiting Contracts Manager and a night Site Manager for assistance when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise the work of sub‑contractors
- Lead site meetings with the client
- Conduct inductions and ensure site safety
Required qualifications and experience:
- Construction retail experience on similar projects
- Valid SMSTS certificate
- First Aid certification
- Valid CSCS card
- IT literacy
